 Contact us if you want a delivery service outside of Metropolitan France, Belgium or Luxembourg.

On the page of each article, an estimate of the delivery time is indicated, for example 3 to 4 weeks.

Shipping is the period during which we send the product to our carrier.

Below you will find more information on the final delivery process.

 

Delivery time :

A few days after receipt of payment for your order, we send an informative e-mail with an estimate of the delivery time.

We produce at the request of customers, production times generally vary from 2 to 5 weeks.

Once the goods have been manufactured, our carrier removes them from our factories in Italy and then delivers them within 3 to 6 working days in Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

When the goods leave the factory, we confirm the delivery period.

This delivery service is grouped and will offer delivery at the earliest in the week (Monday to Friday), depending on the flow of goods..

We remain at your disposal by email or phone to organize a delivery requiring a special schedulel.

Truck with tailgate :
 All of our deliveries are made with a truck fitted with a tailgate to facilitate the unloading of goods.

Specific contact person : A specific Ceolini sales representative dedicated to monitoring your order from the order to the delivery.

Tracking number : A tracking number will be available to track the status of your order.

Call from the carrier : Before the delivery, you will receive a call from the carrier warning of his arrival.

Specific delivery day : Plan the day of the delivery by contacting your dedicated contact person.

Pedestrian street delivery :  A dedicated truck with your goods that meets pedestrian street delivery standards.

Mall delivery : A dedicated truck with your goods which will respect the authorized delivery times in the mall.

   

Delivery method :

Deliveries are made on the ground floor and without handling. The delivery of the products does not include the assembly service.

In the absence of the Customer at the address indicated on the day of delivery, or in the event of an error made by the Customer in the indication of the delivery address, the costs of a new delivery will be at the charge of the Client.

Before signing the delivery note, the Customer must:
·   Check the apparent condition of the package (s).
·   Check the condition of the products inside the package (s) if they are damaged.
·   Check the good conformity of the products with respect to the delivery note on the one hand and the goods ordered on the other hand.

It is therefore the responsibility of the Customer to carry out all the necessary checks making it possible to judge the conformity of the products upon delivery. This verification is deemed to have been carried out as soon as the Customer has signed the delivery slip.

In the event of anomalies noted during delivery, the Customer must make the necessary, detailed, legible, as precise as possible reservations (breakages, damage, non-compliance: product error, different color and / or dimensions; missing, etc. .) and refuse delivery of the package (s), giving reasons for the refusal.

When the delivery is made by carrier, the Customer must express his reservations on the delivery slip.

In addition, the Customer also has the possibility of expressing any precise reservations concerning the products delivered at the latest within three days of the date of receipt or withdrawal of the products.

In the absence of specific reservations made by the Customer, delivery will be presumed to be in conformity, subject to the guarantees described in article 13 below.
